| Shipping And Handling Post and packing for orders of £20 and under is £1.50 for second class or £1.75 for first class post . Postage is free for orders above this amount. All overseas orders are sent using the Royal Mail small packet service (air mail) and a small charge is made to cover this based on the value of the order. |
| Delivery Schedule We aim to always have enough items in stock to send out your order immediately. Any orders received before 5:30pm will be despatched on the next working day. Larger orders weighing over 1.5kg will be sent by standard parcel post. In the unlikely event that your goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact us immediately. | Returns Policy Please contact Caboodle Crafts to let us know you are returning an order. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return any item to Caboodle Crafts in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received your order. The goods which are returned must be unopened and unused . A full refund will be given on receipt of the goods as long as the returned items are in the exact condition in which they were sent out to the customer. If any seals have been broken then the items will be classed as damaged goods on the customers behalf. Any orders received after the 14 days will not be re-imbursed.
